Public Library Board
Duties and Functions
The County of Prince Edward Library Board is responsible for the management and direction of the public libraries of the County of Prince Edward in accordance with the Public Libraries Act, RSO 1990, c44, as amended.

Membership
The Committee shall be composed, as follows:
- Not more than ten (10) members appointed by Council
- Three (3) members shall be Members of Council (By-law 2769-2011)
Meeting Dates
Board meets once a month.
