Property Standards Committee
Mandate
The Property Standards Committee will meet to discuss and provide resolutions to matters related to the property standards of residential or commercial properties in Prince Edward County, in accordance with By-law No. 4520-2019, as amended, and the Building Code Act. Property owners who do not comply with the standards may be ordered to complete repairs or maintenance to the property by the Property Standards Committee.
